We partnered with a U.S.-based classic car specialist to reproduce discontinued stamped sheet metal components for American vehicles – including fender braces, door frames, trunk floor sections, and interior mounting brackets. – Our client took over full responsibilty for some cars in terms of spare parts.
Using original drawings and reverse-engineered samples, we recreated small-to-medium stamping dies and utilized CNC bending for precise forming of edge details. Our scope included galvanized steel parts, light bead-embossing, and part marking – all finished to match OEM fit and style.
