We supported the development and production of a modular steel frame system for a customer-specific automation solution. The project included laser-cut sheet metal parts, CNC-bent structural profiles, and welded assemblies – all powder-coated in customer-specific colors.
In addition to manufacturing, we also integrated threaded inserts, fitted safety panels, and mounted pre-wired cable channels and hydraulic brackets – all delivered as pre-assembled modules for plug-and-play installation at the client’s site.
