Extrusion

Extrusion is a process used to shape materials by forcing them through a die to create continuous profiles with a uniform cross-section. It works with heated plastic, metal, aluminum, or rubber, depending on the application.

With capabilities in mold shop as well as production we can serve you globally

Our Process Steps:
1. Feeding: Raw material (e.g. plastic pellets, metal billets) is loaded
2. Heating: Material is softened (or melted, for plastics/rubber)
3. Pressing: A screw or ram pushes the material through a shaped die
4. Cooling/Hardening: The extruded profile is cooled and solidified
5. Cutting/Finishing: Final length or shape is prepared as needed and surface tretment according customer specification.
