Our Reaction Injection Molding (RIM) process enables the production of large, robust, and lightweight components with integrated functional and aesthetic features. The low-pressure, low-viscosity process is ideal for complex geometries, thick wall sections, and low- to mid-volume production.
We manufacture parts up to 2,500 x 1,500 x 1,000 mm, using PU and hybrid systems tailored to your mechanical and thermal requirements. From rigid structural parts to flexible foam skins – RIM enables surface class A quality, excellent impact resistance, and dimensional stability.
Our capabilities include in-mold coatings, multi-material overfoaming, bonding and painting, robotic trimming, and insert molding – all embedded in a vertically integrated process chain.
